When you appeal to get unbanned or unlock, this is what you should include in your appeal. Failure to include these in your appeal will lead to a rejection of your appeal. If you are permabanned / permalocked, and your appeal gets rejected, you have to wait a week or so to appeal again.
- Name of the User Appealing
- Moderator who has banned/locked the User:
- Reason for the punishment
- Reason to get unlocked/unbanned
